Therapy & Healing Intensives
Sometimes, weekly sessions just aren’t enough — not because they don’t work, but because you need something deeper, sooner.
That’s where intensives come in.
Whether you're a therapist holding space for everyone but yourself, a high-achieving professional feeling stuck, or someone preparing for a major transition or project, intensive work gives you the time and structure to go inward, reset your system, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
What Is an Intensive?
An intensive is a private, personalized experience designed to help you work through specific issues over a short period of time — typically a half day, full day, or multi-day format.
This isn’t just longer therapy. It’s focused, strategic, and tailored to help you process, heal, and shift — whether you're navigating burnout, trauma, grief, anxiety, identity challenges, or performance-based stress.
Unlike traditional sessions that pause just as you’re opening up, intensives allow for sustained work — the kind that helps you access deeper insights and walk away with real change you can feel in your mind and body.
Who This Is For
Intensives are ideal for:
Therapists, coaches, or wellness providers seeking space for your own healing
Leaders, entrepreneurs, or executives preparing for a major launch, speech, or pivot
Individuals who feel “stuck” or overwhelmed and want to break through mental blocks
Anyone processing grief, trauma, or major life transitions
Clients who don’t have time for weekly therapy but are ready to dive deep
Individuals looking for non-clinical brain-body alignment and nervous system clarity
You don’t have to wait months to feel better. You just need the right space and the right support.

Clinical Meets Somatic
As a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and somatic modalities, I weave together evidence-based strategies that help you get to the root of what’s holding you back.
This isn’t about “talking it out.” It’s about unlocking what your brain and body have been holding onto, and creating new patterns so you can move forward with more ease, confidence, and self-trust.
You can expect a mix of:
Brain-based tools (EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS-informed work)
Somatic and mindfulness-based strategies
Goal setting, vision mapping, and performance alignment
Nervous system education and personalized regulation tools
Integration support to ensure the work continues beyond the session
Clinical vs. Non-Clinical Intensives — What’s the Difference?
Some clients come to intensives seeking therapy. Others come for support, not treatment.
Clinical Intensives are for those looking to address trauma, anxiety, burnout, or other mental health concerns within a therapeutic framework. These can be billed privately as therapy and include formal assessment, documentation, and diagnosis (if appropriate).
Non-Clinical Intensives are coaching-style sessions designed for emotional clarity, executive presence, nervous system support, or personal growth. These are ideal for leaders, creatives, and professionals who want to uplevel performance or reset without a clinical label.
If you’re unsure which category you fall under, I’ve got you. We’ll figure it out together.
