Why I Do This Work
I didn’t come into this work because it sounded good on paper. I came into it because I know what it feels like to grow up carrying unspoken pressure, navigating multiple worlds, and being taught to “push through” instead of pause.
As a first-generation Nigerian-American woman raised in the South, I learned early how survival shapes the nervous system — and how healing requires more than resilience alone.
My work is about helping people move from survival to sustainable connection — with themselves, their work, and each other.

Guided Tools for Clinicians & Leaders
Not every challenge needs an immediate solution. Sometimes it needs a pause, a clearer lens, and the right questions.
I’ve created guided tools to support clinicians, leaders, and practice owners as they navigate fatigue, leadership decisions, team dynamics, and growth—one thoughtful step at a time.
